Cancellations, Returns, & Refunds
At GukWorks, we aim for your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we offer returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Claudia within three (3) days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please send a request as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation if your order has not yet shipped.
Non-Refundable Items

Custom or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on custom or personalized items.

Sale/Clearance Items: No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available for sale or clearance items. No exceptions.
Shipping Costs

Any shipping costs required to return an item will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received "free shipping" on your order, the actual postage cost will be deducted from your refund.
Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
